Shipping, refunds and exchanges

Ossix Swimwear is passionate about ensuring you are completely happy with your purchase.  If you change your mind about an item purchased on, we offer an exchange or refund within 21 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements.

Return requirements

  • Proof of purchase provided
  • Tags attached
  • Garment must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed
  • Please ensure swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of health and hygiene, we may refuse return of items where this hasn't been done.


Ossix Swimwear currently delivers to Australia only.  With the exception of our ‘pre-ordered’ and ‘made to order’ products, goods purchased on will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Once an order has been dispatched, Ossix Swimwear is unable to amend delivery location, time frames or redirect parcel.

Ossix Swimwear does not accept responsibility of return or exchange packages sent by the customer, we advise selecting a postage service that provides tracking.  Shipping costs incurred on an exchange or refund package is at the customers’ expense, and cannot be refunded unless the product has been deemed faulty by an Ossix Swimwear representative.

Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within 5 business days of receiving the return parcel.  Ossix Swimwear cannot be held accountable for banking institution-processing time frames.

Ossix Swimwear offers an exchange or replacement on items that meet the ‘return requirement’ criteria for another size, colour or item subject to availability.  These will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.  Should the item requested for exchange be the same value of the product being returned, no additional payment will be required and the exchanged item will be dispatched free of charge.  If a difference where payment is owed to the customer , the variance will be refunded as per the original order payment method.  If a payment is owed to Ossix Swimwear, a customer service representative will contact the customer prior to processing and dispatch to take additional payment.
